Pick Up Location:
- You can ONLY pick up your product at the pickup location you select during check out. The product will be sent directly to your selected location.
- A $1.99 Service Fee/Storage Fee will apply to Grocery Pick Up Orders
Home Delivery:
- Valid for delivery to the following cities: Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Etobicoke, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, North York, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby and Woodbridge
- Delivery fee: $9.99 on first grocery item per order. Each additional grocery item in the same order is $2.99 + HST. The delivery window must be the same for all orders for reduced fee (100% Non-Refundable - under any circumstance)
- Max of 25 product orders per customer

Chicken on the Run: Customers who select this option must call Chicken on the Run at 705-792-5222 to provide their delivery address and set up a delivery time within the redemption period
Penguin Pickup: If you have selected Penguin Pickup as your pickup location, you will be auto registered for Penguin Pick Up free service. You will receive an email notification from Penguin Pickup when your product has arrived and is ready for pickup.
