- Cancellation and refund policy: The stay can be canceled up to 15 days before arrival by contacting Tuango customer service. In case of no-show, the stay will be charged in full
- Taxes and tips: Applicable taxes are not included and will be collected from the merchant / Tip not included / Taxes of 9% and resort fees of $28+tx (USD) per night are not included and payable on site with credit card or USD cash
