Cedar Springs Health Racquet & Sportsclub is bigger than you think! Located in Burlington, the club is over 200,000 sq. ft. making it the largest multi-sport recreational facility in the area. Cedar Springs members live in Halton including Oakville, Burlington and Milton as well as areas such as Hamilton, Dundas, Niagara, and Brantford.
Personal training will give you motivation to reach your fitness goals. Group fitness classes, including Zumba, aqua-fit, yoga, Pilates, power and step, are fun and a great way to meet staff and members. Indoor and outdoor water parks include seven swimming pools with a 25m lap pool, four water slides, hot tub and two kids splash pads. Pools are open 24 hours. Swimming Instruction is available in Burlington to members and non-members. Their class sizes are smaller for better results.
