Learn all about the history of cars with two or four admissions to the Canadian Automotive Museum.
Description
For some, cars are just a way to get from Point A to Point B. For others, they’re something to take pride in, and then there are those who absolutely cannot go a day without waxing, polishing and detailing their steel baby (sorry for the neglect, Betty). Shift gears and enjoy cars in a new way with today’s WagJags from the Canadian Automotive Museum:
The Canadian Automotive Museum in Oshawa is Canada's only museum dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Canada's automotive industry. Their one-of-a-kind museum boasts a large collection of Canadian- and internationally-made automobiles, trucks and even motorcycles from the beginning of the 20th century to the present. Car enthusiasts learn all about the history and evolution of the automotive industry from the 19th century onwards. Some of the machines featured in their collection include the 1903 Redpath Messenger, 1912 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, 1932 Frances Barnett, 1950 Oldsmobile Futuramic, 1965 Amphicar and the infamous 1982 DeLorean DMC-12 (although this one won’t allow you to travel back in time). Once you’ve had your fill of groovy gadgets, head over to the gift shop to stock up on some memorabilia to commemorate your day.
- $9 for 2 admissions (a $16 value)
- $18 for 4 admissions (a $32 value)
