Rock Climbing:
This program is designed to take non-climbers and get them addicted to the sport. After talking with you, At Last Adventures chooses appropriate climbs to match your skill level. The Day begins with an introduction to safety guidelines, climbing knots and belaying. After this lesson, participants are free to climb and practice their new skills for the rest of the day. The goal of this program is to show you the world from a different angle.
Caving:
An ALA professional guide will meet you in the parking lot with a big smile and all the safety equipment you require (helmets, and headlamps). A short hike through the forest leads us to the cave entrances, where you will explore and follow your guide through a network of caves. Wear those comfy old runners (or boots for winter) and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Both: Half day is either between 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm at Metcalfe Rock

- Rock climbing expires October 15, 2019. Caving expires 90 days from purchase date
