Session times and locations:
- Morning Class 1: Monday to Friday 6:30-7:30am, 610 Queen St. W. (Toronto Kickboxing & Muay Thai Academy)
- Morning Class 2: Monday to Friday 9:30-10:30am, 1992 Yonge St. (Toronto Kickboxing & Muay Thai Academy)
- Evening Classes 1 and 2: Monday to Friday 5:45-6:45pm; 7:15-8:15pm, 6 Dohme Ave. (East York Gymnastics Club)
- Saturday Class: 9:00-10:00 am, Tubs and Gee Gage Field (Ashbridges Bay- outdoor workout is weather permitting, in case of bad weather class will be held at 1069 St. Clair W, Axe Capoeira)
