Starting at 5:30am and running for an hour every day for four weeks, this robust boot camp helps women push and crunch their way to a stronger body. Without leaving anyone behind, these boot camps strive to challenge each and every woman, with classes getting more intense every day. Exercises are designed to firm butts and thighs, flatten stomachs, build muscle and reduce body fat. Participants should bring a water bottle, a pair of running shoes, an exercise mat, a small set of hand weights (5 or 8 lbs) and a sense of adventure. By providing fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training, these classes inspire women to achieve their fitness goals.
