The menu is full of exciting and flavourful fare; begin your journey with appetizers like Benihanas onion soup of Japanese consomm mushrooms scallions ($6) or hot Age Dashi Tofu in shredded ginger and the house-made tempura sauce ($9). Teppan dinner options like teriyaki chicken ($42) and filet mignon ($51-$67) offer outstanding taste for the more sophisticated palates made hibachi-style before your eyes by a brilliant Benihana chef.
