Walkers Fish Market unites the seafood of the world on its lengthy, ever-changing menu. Any given day might find Lake Erie trout ($17), Panamanian swordfish ($22), and Tuna from the Philippines ($26) co-existing peacefully in the Fresh Catch section. For those who shun the stove and fear the frying pan, a selection of oysters is on offer on the Raw Bar.
