Of course, we’re here to help but before you contact us you should know:
- What is WagJag?
- We offer you a great deal on the coolest events, restaurants, fashion finds, activities and adventures and as long as the minimum number of customers is reached before the clock runs out, we will process the orders and everyone who purchased it will receive their vouchers.
If the minimum number isn’t reached then the deal gets canceled and no one gets charged.

- I bought a WagJag! Now, where are my vouchers?
- In your account!
Click on login at the top of this page then click on “My Account” to see your available vouchers.
If an order is completed successfully, you should receive a confirmation email from us and the voucher will be in your account. If the vouchers are not yet available for use they will be listed under the “Pending Vouchers” tab until the deal has closed and they will then become available. If you are unsure about an order being received, you can always check in there. If your order is listed as “pending” for more than 24 hours after the clock runs out on the deal you have purchased, contact us and we will make sure you get it.

- How do I earn referral credit?

There are four ways to earn credit by referring friends. In the “Refer Friends” drop-down box from the website you can enter your friend’s email address and press “send,” you can use facebook, you can use twitter, or you can include a widget on your website or blog. When you enter your friend’s email address, they will be sent a link for the WagJag website which includes your unique referral link in the address line. Then your friend only has to sign up and make a purchase for you to get credit.
If you refer your friend in one of these ways, then referral credit will show up in your account once your friend has made a purchase. Referral credit will not show up until the clock has stopped on the deal your friend purchased.

- How do I use my credit?

When you are buying a WagJag using credit, you click on “Buy for $,” and then under “Payment Details” there is a section that says “WagJag Bucks” Your total amount of available credit will appear in green. Click on the green amount, and you can choose how much of your credit you want to apply to your purchase. You must click “apply” to ensure your credits are used.

- Are vouchers transferable and can I give them as gifts?

Yes ? vouchers are fully transferable and “giftable”. Each voucher has a unique code on it and can only be used once. Print them off and gift away!
Our system also allows you to send gifts to friends electronically. You can either enter their email at the time of purchase or buy vouchers as usual and then send them at a later date by logging into your account and clicking the “Gift a Voucher” icon when you select the voucher on your list.
Please note that certain vouchers may only be used for first time customers (this will be clearly stated on the feature page and voucher itself) and this applies to the person redeeming the voucher.

- How do I re-set my password?

To get a new password sent to your email account, Click on login at the top of this page and click on the link to reset your password. Your temporary password will be sent to your email account if you do not see it in your inbox please check your spam/junk folder. Once you have received the email please follow the instructions.

- How do I unsubscribe?

To stop receiving our daily emails, you can log into your account and under “my account” click on “my profile”. You can make changes to your account details including the city you receive alerts for. If you uncheck all the cities and click “save info”, you will stop receiving our daily emails. The form will fill in your city after you have saved, but you will not receive emails unless you save again.
